ChastainSkillman | DCCM collaborated with The Lunz Group, S&ME, and MES Group to deliver a transformative expansion of the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex in Auburndale, Florida. This project significantly enhances the City’s recreational infrastructure and supports regional athletic events.

Our team provided the following services:

Civil Engineering & Site Development

• Reconstruction and rehabilitation of existing multi-purpose fields to meet FIFA standards
• Construction of two new multi-purpose fields and a championship soccer field
• Development of a 1,500-seat stadium with bleachers, concession and restroom buildings, and storage facilities

Infrastructure Improvements

• Installation of field lighting, lightning warning systems, and sound systems for all fields
• Design and construction of supporting infrastructure, including:
  • Roadways and parking areas
  • Water and sewer utilities
  • Golf cart paths
  • Maintenance and storage buildings

This high-profile project was completed in July 2018, providing a state-of-the-art venue for local and regional sports competitions while enhancing the community’s recreational amenities.
