ChastainSkillman | DCCM is partnering with the Vanderbilt Legends Club to support the renovation of its golf practice green in Franklin, Tennessee. The project includes regrading the existing green and integrating new stormwater management infrastructure to enhance playability and drainage.

Our team is providing the following services:

Surveying Services

• Conducting a detailed topographic survey to support design and permitting
• Performing field data collection, office research, and quality assurance

Civil Engineering Design

• Developing site grading and drainage plans tailored to golf course performance
• Preparing stormwater management calculations and erosion control plans
• Coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure constructability and compliance

Permitting Support

• Preparing and submitting permit applications to:
  • City of Franklin
  • Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) for NPDES compliance

Construction Administration

• Providing limited construction-phase services to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications
