ChastainSkillman | DCCM is working with Rochford Realty & Construction Company to provide land surveying and civil engineering services for a new residential development on Liberty Pike in Franklin, Tennessee. 

ChastainSkillman | DCCM will produce site work construction drawings and permit application packages for the proposed development located at 812 Liberty Pike in Franklin, Tennessee. The overall project includes 20 lots, which will consist of townhomes and single-family lots with associated parking and utility infrastructure. 

ChastainSkillman | DCCM is providing ALTA Survey, Topographic Survey, Final Plat, Civil Site Design & Construction Plans, and Limited Construction & Certification Services for this project.
