ChastainSkillman | DCCM provided survey, permitting, and design services for the addition of 62,000 SF to the Lakeland Regional Health medical building at Grasslands.

Project tasks included stormwater management, design of a new parking lot and sidewalk, force main, lift station, and wastewater collection/transmission system.
