ChastainSkillman | DCCM is providing surveying and civil engineering services for the Vanderbilt Legends Club’s practice green in Franklin, Tennessee. The project includes regrading the practice green to include associated stormwater facilities. 

The ChastainSkillman | DCCM Nashville Survey Team is providing topographic survey and the Civil Team is providing civil site design, permitting, and construction administrative services for the Vanderbilt Legends Club Golf Practice Green. 

Our team is providing site grading and drainage, stormwater calculations, and erosion control plans. ChastainSkillman | DCCM is coordinating with the City of Franklin and the Tennessee Department of Environmental Conservation (TDEC) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) to gain permitting approval for the project.
