ChastainSkillman | DCCM is partnering with Hardee County to support the expansion of the Hardee County Sheriff’s Office, located at 900 E. Summit Street. The project includes an 8,000-square-foot building addition, with comprehensive site planning coordinated alongside architectural partner The Lunz Group.

Our team is providing the following services:

Surveying Services

• Conducting a topographic survey of approximately 4 acres to support site design and permitting

Geotechnical Investigation

• Performing subsurface exploration and analysis to inform foundation and pavement design

Civil Engineering Design

• Delivering preliminary and final civil site design, including grading, drainage, and utility layout
• Preparing detailed civil site plans and construction specifications

Permitting Support

• Preparing and submitting permit applications to local and state agencies for site development approval

Construction Administration

• Providing limited construction-phase services to ensure conformance with approved plans and specifications

This project enhances public safety infrastructure in Hardee County by expanding the Sheriff’s Office with modern, purpose-built facilities designed to support long-term operational needs.
