The project includes the creation of 20 residential lots, featuring a mix of townhomes and single-family homes, along with associated parking, utility infrastructure, and stormwater management systems.

Our team is providing the following services:

Surveying Services

• Conducting an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey and Topographic Survey
• Preparing a Final Plat for subdivision approval and recordation

Civil Engineering Design

• Developing comprehensive sitework construction drawings
• Designing grading, drainage, utility layouts, and stormwater systems
• Preparing construction plans that align with local development standards

Permitting Support

• Preparing and submitting permit application packages to local and state agencies
• Coordinating with regulatory authorities to facilitate timely approvals

Construction Support

• Providing limited construction administration and certification services to ensure conformance with approved plans
