June Lake Phase 1 – Pump Station

ChastainSkillman | DCCM is partnering with Rochford Realty & Construction Company to support the development of June Lake, a premier mixed-use community located at the gateway to Spring Hill, Tennessee. Spanning nearly 800 acres and adjacent to I-65, June Lake is fully entitled for 2,900 homes, 3.9 million square feet of office space, 1.3 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 400 hotel rooms.
Our team is providing the following services:
Surveying Services
- Conducting land surveying to support utility infrastructure design and permitting
Civil Engineering Design
- Designing water and sanitary sewer infrastructure for the development
- Engineering the Phase 1 sanitary sewer lift station, designed to handle a peak flow of 604 gallons per minute (gpm) with a total dynamic head (TDH) of 70.2 feet
- Addressing complex hydraulic challenges, including dual high points in the force main and transitions from pressurized to gravity flow
Permitting Support
- Preparing and submitting permit applications for water and sewer infrastructure
- Coordinating with local and state regulatory agencies to secure approvals
Construction Administration
- Providing construction-phase support and oversight to ensure compliance with approved plans
- Designing a 10-foot diameter wet well with duplex 50-horsepower Gorman-Rupp suction-lift pumps, including an emergency bypass system for operational continuity
This infrastructure project lays the foundation for one of Middle Tennessee’s most ambitious mixed-use developments, supporting long-term growth and enhancing regional connectivity.
